Voice of Joy, Voice of Happiness …

On Friday June 5 Jerusalem Kehilla rejoiced greatly our friends Joe and Geymi celebrated 6 years of their marriage. Exactly six years ago, they arrived to our community as a couple, one from Jerusalem and the other from Ecuador, seeking accompaniment and preparation for their marriage. Quite soon the family grew in number and today counts 6 members plus two in the far Ecuador.

On the same day the Church commemorates Saint Boniface the Martyr, so in his homily Fr. Roman stressed the importance of witness also in married life and in the family. “Red” – he said, referring to the liturgical color – “is both the color of blood and of love”.

After praying for them, he blessed them with the special blessing typical of this occasion.
