Meeting of coordination of the pastoral service to the children and the youth

On Friday 26th of October 2018, the people in charge of the activities with the children and the youth (Fr. Rafic, Fr. Piotr and Fr. Apolinary, Sr. Claudia, Katrin, Danielle and Deacon Benny) met in the house of the Vicariate. The purpose was to coordinate in a better way the activities that are offered in different parts of the country, to build a common and coherent Pastoral Plan, and to collaborate in a more effective way. In the meeting it became clear that we first need to map our population, answering questions like:

Do we have a list of all the kids and youth we serve in our parishes and centers?
How old are they?
Which origin groups do we work with in the different activities?
What is their religious level?
What is the purpose of each activity?

The need of working together and offering to our little ones a meaningful experience, both spiritual and human, was the dominant theme of this meeting. We will keep meeting and discussing in order to sharpen our principal goal.

Next meeting has been scheduled for December 12.
