A calendar that served us to prepare Christmas

Children pray for one another

In November, the children of the Sainte-Rachel Center began to build a large Advent calendar, they painted pliers to be used in order to attach small envelopes made by themselves. So, since December 1, day after day, the children gathered to add a small envelope to their calendar hanging on the wall, in the large room of the Center Sainte-Rachel. Each envelope contained a small piece of paper with the name of a child written on it, for whom we pray. And once their name appeared on the paper of the day, we could see their joy and their pride! A great way to prepare the children to celebrate the birth of Jesus, by praying for each other.

Happy Christmas to everybody!
