Another joyful happening at Saint Rachel Center

On Monday June 7^th, our Center hosted another event. After half a year of activities with some members of the Messianic Congregation Shemen Sasson in Jerusalem (a guitar course and a Korean food workshop) our kids and some parents gathered together to celebrate their achievements.

The afternoon started with the playing and singing of the songs our kids learned with their mentor Billy, then continued with a skit and a testimony of faith by Mi Jung and Yoni. Afterwards Rephael, from the same Congregation shared an insightful talk about the importance of our faith in Jesus Christ. In the middle of the afternoon our friend Tays, a gifted and popular singer from Brazil sung for us two prayerful songs.

The second half of the event was amazing food and diverse booths with games and activities. The kids deeply enjoyed and also the adults who came to attend. We are grateful for this opportunity born in the cradle of a challenging year of pandemic and difficulties. We thank God for the gift of fellowship in the One Lord. We look forward for further activities together.
