A prayer for Pope Benedict’s visit to the Holy Land

Lord Jesus, in the Successor of Peter we have always had a guide and a pastor who has pointed the way to walk in order to fulfill the will of God the Father. We entrust to you these months of preparation for the visit of our Pope Benedict. Give us Your Holy Spirit to help us prepare ourselves in a spirit of prayer, so that this visit will be for the Holy Land a moment of renewal and a time of particular grace.
