With great joy, the newly wed couple was received in the Jerusalem kehilla following their marriage that had been celebrated a day beforehand. On the eve of their honeymoon, a trip to Japan, where Carlos had worked and studied in the past, the newly wed couple bestowed a special element to the celebration of the Feast of the Holy Family.

After the solemn mass and reception, some members of the kehilla put on a play based on the Talmudic dictum that ever since the creation of the world, the Creator of heaven and earth occupies Himself with arranging marriages for humanity. The play was written and directed by Lucia and Father Rafic, Father Johannes, Benny, Kirill and Wenzel participated in it. The new couple and the members of their families were greatly impressed with this wonderful gift.
