Mass for children in Jerusalem kehilla
The children from the Salesian Oratory, accompanied by a few parents and some students of the Ratisbonne Theological Faculty participated in the mass on the Feast of Christ the King. Father Nicola (dressed as a king during the homily) and Father Piotr explained to the children the real nature of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.
The highlights of the teaching were:
1. It is not easy to look at our Master dying at the cross and see there the King of Universe.
2. The simple prayer that might help us to believe is: Lord, give me more faith.
3. The Kingdom of Jesus is the Kingdom of love, truth, hope and understanding.
4. We can worship our King by doing what He told us to do: love the others, be good, forgive and ask for forgiveness.
The next mass for the children will take place in December.
