Oslo at the Jerusalem kehilla

Father Piotr tells of the visit of Dr. Jennifer Rosner to the Jerusalem kehilla.

Together with Father David Neuhaus, our dear friend Jen talked about the Oslo conference held by the Helsinki Consultation "Jewish Continuity in the Body of Christ" in which they both participated.

Jennifer Rosner was born in South Lake Tahoe, CA. She completed her PhD in systematic theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, CA. Her dissertation, entitled "Healing the Schism: Barth, Rosenzweig and the New Jewish-Christian Encounter," focuses on one particular strand of twentieth century Jewish-Christian dialogue. She has published articles in journals in Beijing and Toronto, and is the editor of Mark Kinzer's collection of essays entitled Israel's Messiah and the People of God (Cascade 2011). She currently lives in Pasadena, CA and is an adjunct professor of theology at Azusa Pacific University and Messianic Jewish Theological Institute.

Jen's visit in Jerusalem Kehila and the talk that she gave together with Father David allowed us to enter deeper into the reality of Helsinki Consultation that is important for the Hebrew Speaking Catholics.

Her charming personality was very welcomed by the members of the kehilla. Thank you, Jen.
