Jerusalem kehilla in the Church of the Resurrection

On Friday, March 20, 2015, two weeks before Good Friday, members of the Jerusalem kehilla, religious and friends of the community gathered in the Church of the Resurrection (Holy Sepulcher) and Father Rafic celebrated mass on the altar of Golgotha, the place where Jesus was crucified. On that same day, in European churches, the faithful fasted and prayed for Christians and other minorities in the Middle East, who are passing through a time of suffering in these years. We also remembered them in our prayers.
Next Friday, a mass will be celebrated in Gethsemane, in the Cave of the Betrayal, at 8.00 in the morning in order to continue preparation for the upcoming Feast of Easter.
