Off to Cracow for the WYD


A delegation of thirty from the Saint James Vicariate left for Poland early Saturday morning, July 16, 2016, on their way to participate in the World Youth Day.

The delegation includes the two priest animators, Father Apolinary and Father Piotr, seminarian Benny, Sinead from the Koinonia John the Baptist community and twenty six young people from the kehillot of Jerusalem, Jaffa, Haifa, Beer Sheba, Nazareth and Tiberias.

The youth will spend time in Gdansk and Szczecin, staying with families and getting to know Poland and the Polish Church before travelling to Cracow for the meeting with Pope Francis.

We pray for the youth and ask them to pray for us!
