Coptic Church: Prayer for Reconciliation


On Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 17.00, an extraordinary prayer of all Churches of Jerusalem for reconciliation, unity and peace will take place in the Coptic Orthodox Patriarchate, near the church of the Holy Sepulcher in the Old City of Jerusalem. All Christians are invited to attend.

The prayer will be presided by Archbishop Abram of the Coptic Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem, a prayer that coincides with the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity.

All Christian communities and all individual Christians are invited to participate in this extraordinary prayer of the Church for reconciliation, unity and peace, beginning in and proceeding from Jerusalem and reaching the ends of the earth.
