Some days ago and for the first time, surfers on the internet were able to study important writings from the Dead Sea Scrolls on the internet. Thanks to collaboration between the Israel Museum and Google, writings from the library of Qumran were loaded onto an internet site. These writings include the Great Isaiah Scroll, the Habakuk commentary, the Temple Scroll, the War scroll and the Community Rule.

The project is explained on a You Tube video clip here

One can study the scrolls on the site here
