An Evening of Nuances

On Thursday (27.03), an event of Music and Poetry was held at the Church of Ascension in Augusta Victoria that is located at the Mount of Olives, Jerusalem.

The Church of Ascension on the Mount of Olives was filled with candlelight, music, and poetry.

Together with friends of the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, we from the St. James Vicariate had the joy of reading poems in Hebrew and German, weaving together voices from different traditions.

In the midst of music and quiet reflection, it was a beautiful way to connect, across languages, histories, and hearts.
