First day of catechism in Tel Aviv

At the same time as the new school year, the year of religious education in Our Lady Woman of Valor Pastoral Center in Tel Aviv began. Three levels of religious education classes were inaugurated: Father David teaching the children who are preparing for first communion, Dima teaching the children who study the history of salvation and Benedetto beginning the two-year formation for those who are candidates for confirmation.

The children, almost all children of Asian migrant workers, are integrated in the Israeli Hebrew language school system. Every two weeks they attend religion classes which are followed by the celebration of the Sunday liturgy in Hebrew.
