Every year, the bishops and priests in the Holy Land gather for days of prayer in Arabic. This year these days took place from July 4 to 8, 2016, directed by Father Rafic, responsible for the Jerusalem kehilla.

The Christian Media Center in Jerusalem produced a short news item highlighting the sixty year celebration of the founding of the Work of Saint James.

Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Holy See Secretary of State, wrote a letter informing the Patriarchal Vicar, priests and faithful of the Saint James Vicariate for Hebrew Speaking Catholics in Israel that Pope Francis imparts his Apostolic Blessing.

Each year, at the end of June, the parishes throughout the world take up a special collection to send to the Holy Father for the needs of the Church in the world.

On the eve of Pentecost, Saturday, May 23, 2015, the faithful gathered in the chapel of Saints Simeon and Anne House in Jerusalem for a vigil prayer in preparation for Pentecost.

On Sunday, May 17, 2015, Father Rafic and seminarian Benny participated in a special prayer for peace with the Zion community to mark Jerusalem Day.

Throughout the night of Saturday May 16 and 17, 2015, faithful gathered at the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary in Mamila, Jerusalem, in order to pray the rosary. Among them were also faithful from the Saint James Vicariate for Hebrew Speaking Catholics in Israel.

On Sunday night, March 29, 2015, a special concert took place at the Jerusalem Theatre with the participation of two members of the kehillot.
