The site, serving as the official website of the Assembly of Catholic Ordinaries in the Holy Land for the Pope’s visit, aims to contain basic information to help prepare journalists and anyone else seeking to follow the visit. The Media Commission will regularly publish articles on this site that are brief and informative about the Church, the Christians in the Holy Land and the preparations for the visit. The site will also publish the process by which journalists can be accredited in order to cover this important event.

In due time this site will also publish the program of the Pope’s visit (to be released 45 days before the visit takes place) and the speeches and homilies of the Holy Father when they are pronounced.

The site will be in seven languages: English, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic and Hebrew.
