On Saturday, May 18, 2013, We gathered in order to celebrate the Feast of the Giving of the Holy Spirit. Many people gathered for prayer and also many visitors who were simply there. There were guests from the Czech Republic and from Russia and among them a man recently baptized of Jewish origin, who had come to the country to give thanks to God for the gift of faith and to pray for his family.

Father Wieslaw insisted in his homily that "without the gift of the Holy Spirit, God seems far way, Christ belongs to the past, the Gospel is a dead letter and the Church simply a regiular human organization. Furthermore, without the presence of the Holy Spirit, Church authority becomes simply government, the mission simply propaganda, liturgy something old fashioned and Christian morality slavery"

At the end of mass, we sang hymns to Mary Mother of God because she is the "Pneumatophora", the Bearer of the Holy Spirit, and she teaches us and helps us receive the Holy Spirit and be open to her.
