Kehillah in the Palm Sunday procession

The Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, Fouad Twal, the Apostolic Nuncio Giusepe Lazzarotto, the Cusos, Father Pierbattista Pizzaballa, and other dignitaries marched at the end of the procession as it wound its way down the Mount of Olives. This year, the estimates of the number of participants exceeded past years, with tens of thousands of participants, local Christians and pilgrims.

This year too, the Hebrew speaking communities were present. Representatives from Jerusalem, Jaffa, Haifa and Tiberias marched together, singing and dancing joyfully along the way, thanks to the animation of Benny and Thiago. Father David marched as usual in the cortege of the Patriarch.
