Patriarch Torkom II Manoogian z"l

Patriarch Torkom Manoogian II served for 22 years as Patriarch of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Jerusalem. He died in the infirmary of the Franciscan Custody of the Holy Land, where he had been cared for over the past months, on 12 October 2012 at the age of 94.

He was loved by one and all and despite his failing health over the past years never failed to receive the many guests that passed through the Patriarchate.
