On Sunday, we left Taizé after mass and we reached Paris at about eight in the evening. We were welcomed there by Father Pascal, the parish priest of the parish where we are being hosted, together with Romain, a seminarian who frequent5ed the kehilla in Jerusalem, and Anne, a young woman who speaks Hebrew because she studied for a year at Tel Aviv University.

The parish is beautiful and we have been warmly welcomed. Some of the faithful prepared cakes and other deserts and we had a great breakfast.

Today, Monday, we spent the whole day exploring Paris: Notre Dame Cathedral, the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and Montmartre. We are dead tired but very happy. Unfortunately, Rola and Angela had to leave to get back to work… we continue meanwhile until we return in just a few days…
