Andrea, who spent a number of years in Jerusalem, working in the Latin Patriarchate and studying theology in the Franciscan theologate, was a frequent visitor to the kehilla. Among his many contributions to the life of the kehilla were his numerous assignments as official photographer for kehilla events as well as his the two icons he wrote for the kehilla: the large Our Lady Woman of Valor icon that hangs in the church in Tel Aviv and the icon of the Council of Jerusalem, which hangs in the Saints Simeon and Anne Chapel in Jerusalem.

Andrea, a member of the Little Family of the Visitation, was ordained with three other deacons, to the priesthood in the presence of his family and friends. Among those who came to celebrate with him were also two members of the kehilla, Father David SJ and Father Alberto OFM.

We wish Andrea many years of fruitful, joyful and successful service in the Church!
