Second volume of catechism in Hebrew published

We are delighted to announce that the second volume of our catechism for youth has been published. A year ago, the first volume, “Getting to know the Christ” saw the light of day. The second volume, “Getting to know the Church” continues the series.

The book consists of 150 pages and presents four essential aspects of the life of the Church: the Creed (what the Church believes), the Sacraments, the Ten Commandments and Prayer. Each page is magnificently illustrated by Franco Vignazia in order to assist in the understanding of the text.

A special vote of thanks goes to the staff of the Latin Patriarchate Printing Press and especially to its managing director, Mr. Mounir Hodaly, for their tireless and professional work which has produced this beautiful volume. In addition, we wish to heartily thank the Italian organization that works so hard to support the Church in the Holy Land, "Fondazione Giovanni Paolo II", which contributed generously towards the publication of the book allowing us to distribute the book to our children.

We hope to produce a third volume next year; “Getting to know the Feasts”
