Sunday prayer in the Jerusalem kehilla in memory of the Iraqi martyrs

Tali writes from the Jerusalem kehilla: "The Sunday mass in the Jerusalem kehila was dedicated to the memory of those who were murdered in the church in Iraq.

The chapel of the Jerusalem kehilla was full last Sunday, November 7. At the start of mass, Father David reminded us that both we and our brothers and sisters in the church in Baghdad gathered to pray at more or less the same time last Sunday. However, there, in the Syrian Catholic church in Baghdad a catastrophe took place. We join our voices to those of our brothers and sisters in faith in Iraq, we reach out to strengthen the families which lost loved ones. We pray fervently for those murdered, for their families and for their community and country.
