Last year, President Rivlin surprised the heads of Churches in Israel by visiting the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate in order to wish the heads of Christian communities happy Easter. This was repeated this year when the State President visited the Armenian Patriarchate where the heads of Churches were gathered.

During the meeting, four speeches were delivered, those of the three Patriarchs, Greek Orthodox Patriarch Theophilos III, Latin Patriarch Fouad Twal and Armenian Patriarch Noorhan Manougian. The President then addressed the assembly.

Among the assembled heads of Christian communities, Father David represented the Hebrew speakers and migrants.
