19 families gathered at Casa Nova in Tiberias, were they were again welcomed by the parish priest, Father Giuseppe and the community of Koinonia John the Baptist that animates the place.

On Friday afternoon, Father David introduced the program to the participants and they introduced themselves to each other. Among the participants was one new family. There was time to catch up on recent news. After dinner, the families gathered for a fun evening, organized by Marian from the Beer Sheba kehilla, who had prepared questions from the New Testament and each winner received a little prize. After the game, the families went out to walk on the Tiberias promenade, enjoying a beautiful spring evening.

The following day, discussions began. While Sinead and Lioba, helped by two of the members of the Desert Flower youth group took care of the children, the parents convened with Fathers David, Apolinary, Giuseppe and Giacomo. The day was broken up into two sessions, morning and afternoon. The first session focused on the question of how to bring our faith into the home in a more visible way. Throughout the morning, the participants met in small groups discussing how they expressed our faith at home through family prayer, small signs and discussions with the children.

The second session in the afternoon focused on the question of the relations between Jews and Christians after the Second Vatican Council. The discussions focused on the teaching of the Church and the characteristics of the new age in Jewish-Christian relations.

The weekend ended with the celebration of the Sunday mass on the occasion of the third Sunday of Easter.
