Beer Sheba interfaith dialogue continues


Father Piotr, responsible of the Beer Sheba kehilla, reports on a meeting that took place on Thursday, January 28, 2016.

On Thursday, at the Ben Gurion University in Beer Sheba another meeting of the Interreligious Council of the Negev took place. Muslim, Jewish and Christian members of the Council participated in a presentation of human rights according to Islam. After a short discussion the Council talked about its future tasks. One of them will be entering the schools in southern Israel with presentations and lectures about the three religions and the ways in which faith could help to solve some contemporary issues in modern society.
