Feast of Christ the King in Tabgha

The Benedictine Sisters of the Eucharistic King celebrated the Feast of Christ the King at the Basilica of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fishes in Tabgha, on the shores of the Sea of Galilee. Latin Patriarchal Vicar in Nazareth, Bishop Giacinto Boulous Marcuzzo was the main celebrant and he was joined by the Benedictine monks and other Filipino priests. Sisters and caregivers from Tel Aviv, Nazareth, Qiryat Shemona, Tiberias and Rosh Pina participated in the celebration.

This is a yearly event. It is both spiritual nourishment and also a time of bonding and strengthening our culture of "bayanihan", the Filipino way of expressing care and concern for one another.
