New council of religious leaders in south Israel

On Thursday, November 5, 2015, Father Piotr from the Beer Sheba kehilla participated in an interreligious meeting for Jewish, Muslims and Christian leaders at Ben Gurion University. The meeting was organized by Rabbi Mauricio Balter from the "Eshel Avraham" Synagogue. It was meant to be the starting point of a peace dialogue initiative. The council of local religious leaders in south Israel seeks to promote peace and dialogue among nations and religions by organizing events and meetings of an educational nature in the local area with the cooperation of the Ministry of Education and the Municipality of Beer Sheba.
