On the Feast of Corpus Christi, the Jerusalem kehilla was overjoyed to gather around two members who received first communion, an adult that joined the community about two years ago and Benny, who was born into the community.

The mass was celebrated in a very festive atmosphere that brought much joy. This was also due to the arrival of relatives and friends who filled the chapel of Saints Simeon and Anne to overflowing.

Everything in the ceremony pointed to the great mystery of our Christian faith: the real presence of Jesus Christ in the bread and wine that become the body and blood of the Lord. The decorations, the songs, the prayers, the words of the homily reminded us how great this mystery is and how important it is that we too transform our lives in order to become gift for the other, according to the example of Jesus.
